ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using outofcomfort.mx , you give your acceptance of our Privacy Policy. OUTOFCOMFORT may make changes to the information contained on this website, or to the services shown, at any time and without notice and on occasion change the rules that govern your use of this website. Your use of this Internet site following any change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the rules as changed. 

All materials appearing on this site, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by OUTOFCOMFORT and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.


ORDERS

Orders may be placed online or via email info@outofcomfort.com.mx

Our showroom may also be visited my appointment, to make an appointment email info@outofcomfort.com.mx 


PAYMENT

Payment can me done online via Stripe. Cash payments and bank deposits are also accepted, please contact info@outofcomfort.com.mx for more information.

Orders will be processed once full payment is received. 


SHIPPING

Due to the exotic nature of the skin shipment at the moment is limited to domestic shipping within Mexico at a fixed rate of $250.00 MXN. There is also the option of picking up at store for FREE. If you have any questions regarding international orders please contact us at info@outofcomfort.com.mx

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. 

Confirmation and tracking number will pe provided once the order has been shipped.


RETURN AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns unless the product is deemed defective.

For returns:

  1. Please send an email request for the return to info@outofcomfort.xom.mx no later than 20 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the details of the exchange. We will confirm the availability of the size/colour of exchange.
  2. The items should be packaged:
    a) In original condition, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
    b) With all original labels and packaging.
  3. Contact an authorized courier service or local post office and send the parcel to this address:

COLORS SHOWN

OUTOFCOMFORT will make all effort to show the color of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the colors that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality and/or settings of your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website exactly reproduce the colors of the actual products.

Please bear in mind you are purchasing a handmade product therefore variations of color and texture in the skin are normal. 


MODIFICATION TO SERVICE OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE


OUTOFCOMFORT reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that OUTOFCOMFORT shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that OUTOFCOMFORT reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms and Conditions or for such other reason as determined by OUTOFCOMFORT.
